Aberllech cottage is in the Cothi Valley, not far from the market town of Carmarthen. It is in a rural village called Abergorlech, which follows the river Cothi. The cottage is traditionally stone built, with an open fire, views to the river and surrounding mountains. It is a very peaceful location, with spacious accomodation, and plenty of outside areas in the garden to relax.

The village is small with about 25 houses, and has a great country Pub, with a beer garden which was featured as one of the top 10 in the UK, by the Sunday Times on line (see link to Britain's best beer gardens)  It is a really friendly place and is 2 minutes away.

The cottage is peacefully set  back from the road offering privacy and elevated valley views.

There are beautiful woodland walks and a picnic area, following a fast flowing mountain river. There has also been a recent investment by the Forestry Commission, to create an amazing mountain bike trail, which is reputed to be the best in Wales ( see link to Mountain Biking Wales).

This is a great place to get away from it all, with food, drink, great walks and mountain bike trails, all on your door step.
